Does anyone know if and how I can switch out my list of tags and make it a tag cloud instead?

Another question - am buying a new web cam tomorrow. Does anyone know how I disable the computer's built-in webcam so that I'm using the new one instead?

Go to this page and find where it says Tags. You should be able to select between List and Cloud.

Have no idea about the webcam though.
