Does anyone know if and how I can switch out my list of tags and make it a tag cloud instead?

Another question - am buying a new web cam tomorrow. Does anyone know how I disable the computer's built-in webcam so that I'm using the new one instead?

Mine didn't do that, but the techie who sold me the webcam gave me easy instructions for use, and it turned out to be incredibly easy!
