I lived next door to the Hispanic church in Shakopee. Services started at 4:30 a.m. without fail during the week, sometimes the weekend. My bedroom window did not shut properly, which was inconvenient in the Winter. But I always wondered how they got away with it, since the noise ordinance is like nothing before 8 or 9 am.
