Urgh. I meant to be one of those encouraging you to go ahead and take it when you need it. I *hate* the bias against medication to help with brain chemistry in our culture, hate it. It's just like insulin or nitroglycerin.

This is why I've missed LJ. You can learn so much from the experience and knowledge and kindness of other people.

And yes, this is one of many reason I miss LJ, and why I'm hoping this time, finally, DW takes off.
